1918: Arthur V. Gorman, Ballymote, Sligo & Dublin
1918: James S. Hutchinson, Emmett Place, Sligo
1918: George O’Connor, Middleton’s Row, Sligo
1918: Terence Rooney, Barrack St., Sligo Thomas J. Ward, Temple St., Sligo
Henry Jones will be remembered under Sooey. William Clarke will be named for Castleconnor. Thomas Conlon will be named for Geevagh, with Thomas H Crofton remembered under Screen/Dromard. Patrick Duffy will be named under Monasteraden with Thomas Feeney remembered under Collooney and Arthur Gorman under Ballymote. James Hutchinson, George O’Connor and Terrance Rooney will all be remembered under Sligo Borough.
All of these men who lost their lives on March 21st will be remembered on the eight sentinel stones of the County Sligo Great War Memorial Garden.
