Today we remember those from Sligo who died on November 1st during the five years of the Great War 1914 - 1918.

• 1914: Daniel Connolly, Cranmore St., Sligo

Martin and Daniel will both be named under Sligo Borough on the eight sentinel stones of the County Sligo Great War Memorial Garden.
